  • Unlimited Server support including new server installs and upgrades.
  • Onsite support as needed during protected period.
  • Antivirus protection with continual updates.
  • Setup, deployment and migration of workstations as needed
  • Trend Antivirus for all of your workstations, laptops and Server
  • Proactively monitor the network, workstations and server.
  • Monitor backups, Virus protection, Performance monitoring of Server and workstations
  • Quarterly meetings with you and your team to discuss your network status and any expansion plans or needs.
  • We serve as a liaison to your technology vendors.
  • Include comprehensive reports of the status of your network to provide history and trending of network resources.
  • Software support for “Line Of Business” applications requires the client to have a current support plan with the LOB vendor
  • Spam filtering and up to five days of mail spooling with MCafee SAAS services.
