Hello my name is Andy Cook. I joined Mirazon in February of 2011. I am honored to work with the caliber of people that are in this organization. Working for Mirazon is a goal achieved for myself as an IT professional.
I had my first experience with the Windows platform with version 3.1. Since that time I have been in love with computers and technology. I have worked with every version of Windows since then and have loved every minute of it. Computers and technology have been a part of my life for a long time and have always been a natural fit for me. I love to work with clients and provide them a level of service, solution, and expertise that is deserving of their time and resources. I spent a large majority of the past year digging deep into Windows 10 and everything that it is going to offer. I also have a large investment in Ruckus Wireless technologies. I spend lots of my time creating, designing, and implementing Ruckus Wireless networks for our clients and other engineers here at Mirazon
The thing I love most about Mirazon is the level of expertise and teamwork that the engineers provide for each other. I have vast years of experience working in the customer service field. This experience allows me to have a unique insight into the experience of working with our clients.
I am an alumnus of Indiana University Southeast and finished the IT academy at Sullivan University. I am a non-staff pastor at Sojourn Community Church. I am married to my beautiful wife Kim and have two kids, Jude and Riley Mae. In my spare time I enjoy photography, home theater equipment, reading, theology, travel, gaming, soccer (both playing and watching… GO MANCHESTER UNITED!), good food, and hanging out with friends and family.
