Hey, I’m Abby, and I started working at Mirazon in November 2025.

I’ve always loved connecting with people and building strong relationships, which naturally drew me into account management. Before joining Mirazon, I worked as a Project Manager at a GPO in Louisville, supporting non-profits across the country.

What I enjoy most about my role is connecting with clients—translating technical lingo into plain language, helping them understand what we do, and ensuring they feel seen, validated, and confident in the services we provide. There’s nothing more rewarding than exceeding client expectations and making their experience seamless.

Outside of work, I’m an avid reader (I’ve already devoured 28 books since getting a Kindle this past July!), love spending time in nature, walking my dogs, and relaxing on my back porch while watching them play. Family, friends, and good conversation always make my days brighter.
