IT Help Desk – Tier 2 or 3 (First Shift) – Louisville, KY

The position will provide technical support to our clients and deliver superior customer service during those interactions. Mirazon’s technical team is looking for a go-getting person to find and support great businesses. A day in the life of a Mirazon technician is varied — you could be helping a small nonprofit in the morning and a local enterprise in the afternoon. The ability to switch between desktop support and server troubleshooting is imperative.

This position will require a broad background in of server technologies at the Tier 2 or 3 level. Specific knowledge of Microsoft Server and VMWare is a must. Experience in Active Directory, networking technologies and troubleshooting, and Office 365 is required. Successful employees will likely have at least 3 years of experience in a IT environment. Use of a ticketing system, and experience with server maintenance.

MSP Enterprise Service Delivery Manager – Louisville, KY

The MSP Enterprise Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for 4-6 million in annual service revenue. This manager is responsible for policies and procedures for technical staff, hiring of technical team members, customer communication and negotiation of contracts. The ability to delegate and manage a team is essential. A working knowledge and past experience in Enterprise IT is essential.

The MSP Enterprise Service Delivery Manager should have and display the core values and key competencies listed below in addition to meeting all the listed requirements.
