The MSP Enterprise Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for 4-6 million in annual service revenue. This manager is responsible for policies and procedures for technical staff, hiring of technical team members, customer communication and negotiation of contracts. The ability to delegate and manage a team is essential. A working knowledge and past experience in Enterprise IT is essential.
