Hello, my name is Kim and I started working at Mirazon in July of 2023.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always loved technology and helping people – which are the exact reasons I became interested in this field. Being able to assist people who are experiencing IT issues puts those two passions together. Before joining Mirazon, I worked as a Helpdesk Analyst. The thing I enjoy most about this job is that I get to stay up to date with the latest technology trends, and therefore am able to better assist our customers when problems arise.

In my spare time I enjoy watching horror/thriller movies, as well as playing mobile games and reading manga.
