I’ve always been curious about the why behind people’s behavior, and that curiosity really took shape in college when I took an I/O psychology class—it was the perfect intersection of people and business, and it instantly clicked for me. Before joining Mirazon, I worked in HR consulting and organizational development, where I built a strong foundation in supporting organizations and their people.

At Mirazon, I love building meaningful relationships and helping create a positive, engaging workplace culture. Whether I’m supporting team members or helping improve processes behind the scenes, I’m passionate about contributing to a great employee experience. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, listening to music, relaxing by the pool, and planning (or taking!) my next trip.
