As I started my career, I discovered I enjoyed more than just the technology itself. I loved helping organizations solve problems that had long been accepted as unavoidable. Technology gave me a way to challenge conventional thinking, streamline processes, and create better experiences for employees and customers alike.

Before joining Mirazon, I was leading a product team at a Fortune 50 healthcare company. Throughout my career, what I’ve enjoyed most is helping businesses and their employees work more efficiently, effectively, and with less friction. I love learning how organizations operate, understanding their challenges, and identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve collaboration, and create better experiences for both employees and customers.

I’m particularly energized by solving business problems that have often been accepted as “just the way things are.” I enjoy challenging traditional barriers, rethinking established processes, and designing innovative solutions that help organizations achieve more than they thought was possible. Whether through technology, automation, data, or AI, I enjoy finding practical ways to turn complex challenges into meaningful outcomes.

I also enjoy the constant opportunity to learn. Every organization, industry, and challenge is different, which means there is always something new to discover. I believe everyone has experiences, perspectives, and ideas worth sharing, and I’ve found that some of the best solutions come from simply listening and being curious. The combination of continuous learning, creative problem solving, and helping people succeed is what keeps me passionate about what I do.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, going to concerts, traveling, and exploring new places and cultures.
