Hey, I’m Kaleb and I started working at Mirazon in May of 2022.

I’ve always enjoyed figuring out resolutions to – what appear to be – unsolvable problems. I like the process of researching, learning, and investigating to get to the answers, and being able to help people along the way makes it that much more satisfying.

Before coming to Mirazon, I was working in customer service. I wasn’t satisfied with that career path because there was no room for growth or continued education/knowledge – once the script is learned, there isn’t any room for progress. Then I found a job in IT, and I haven’t looked back since.

I like this field because everyday presents a new challenge and there is always an opportunity to learn and grow your skills. I have always been a curious person and now I get the chance to channel that curiosity.

In my spare time, I collect vinyl records – and I may or may not have too many of them. I also love summer time because that means it concert season! Interesting fact about me is I can play 4 instruments. If you can’t tell, I’m a big music lover!
