Hello, my name is Steve Hamlin. I have been with Mirazon since September of 2005.
I became involved in network support in the mid 90s. I saw a need for technicians with strong customer service and communications skills.
I started by teaching myself Novell to support my company’s network. After learning that, I began doing PC and network support and website design and maintenance.
I enrolled in Microsoft training and completed my MCSE in December of 2000. I have worked in the industry supporting Windows and Macintosh computers ever since.
